Staff is extremely condescending and rude. Showed up to my appt and noone was at the front desk so i checked in at the self service station. When the receptionist eventually came out she seemed annoyed because why would I do such a thing. And then proceeded to make a nasty comment to the nurse about how i checked myself in. When i was finally called in for my procedure I sat that for an hour because I had to wait for a manager to come in, who was late. How on earth can you not accept Blue Cross Blue shield insurance? That is so ridiculous!
Waited 2 weeks for results to be mailed to me ! Not happy. Please go back to the old way of having the doctor review things before you leave. Staff was great!
Not to crazy about the place, I think I will be returning to Dr. portz, I gave this place a try but not for me. Sorry
