Their waiting time is too long. I personally waiting almost seven years and coordinator never commute with me and it’s hard to communicate with her. Only they will communicate with you at the time of evaluation. Because they do lot of blood work and lab tests. That’s it. It’s a bad choice to select this hospital

Over here I always see one thing that is they race people. Everywhere Bangladeshi people suffer a lot. Because we speak less English, and our dressup.they thought we can't say nothing and can't explain their fault to anyone by English.

I’ve had a good experience with my kidney transplant at Mount Sinai. Great surgeon and post nephrologist team has been informative and helpful. Minor problems have come up but good communication especially with MyChart texting. Every time I’ve felt the need to talk directly to the team I’ve been able to talk with someone, who has been knowledgeable or put me in contact with the right person.
