I had such a negative experience at this office that I decided to transfer my care, even though it meant traveling much farther. Looking back, it was absolutely the right decision. The office staff here was consistently rude and dismissive. Whenever I asked a question, I felt like I was bothering them rather than receiving the assistance any patient should expect. Discharged at 16 Weeks Pregnant I had been a patient at this office since I was 5 weeks pregnant and had seen Dr. Goldenberg for all of my prenatal visits. At 15 weeks, I had my first appointment with Dr. Lorena Rosero, where she introduced me to the resident program. This was the first time I had heard about it, which left me confused and overwhelmed.
