I made my first call to Mount Sinai on 07/20/2026 as a new OBGYN patient for family planning and was told I would get a call within 48 hours. I can understand since I was not yet pregnant that they probably would not see me. Fast forward to 08/19/2026, I tried to make another appointment but this time for an initial prenatal appointment. I had a very good experience with Dr. Leoni 5 stars and would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. 1 Star The only reason my experience wasn't perfect was the front desk. The staff were friendly, but I feel they need more training, especially when it comes to insurance verification. I had such a negative experience at this office that I decided to transfer my care, even though it meant traveling much farther. Looking back, it was absolutely the right decision. The office staff here was consistently rude and dismissive. Whenever I asked a question, I felt like I was bothering them rather than receiving the assistance any patient should expect.
