This office is extremely disorganized and inefficient, and staff communicates poorly. Every time I went, there was some issue preventing them from completing simple tasks. The wait for appointments is very long, the wait in the office is very long as they always run late. And once they called on the same day to ask me to come in two hours early because they were leaving early. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for a medical office environment.

Great office. Always helpful and accommodating. Anna is very efficient with the information and all the paper work. Two seconds after we made the follow up appointment my mom already got a text. We love dr Gonzalez.
THE ABSOLUTE worst. I’m pregnant and have me waiting 3 months to be seen. They called me 4 days before my appointment saying it’s protocol to do video call for my first time? Literally cancelling my appointment to do a video visit I could’ve done anywhere. Horrible service. Horrible people. If you are pregnant please save your time and go elsewhere.
Dr. Jennifer Roberts is a wonderful gyno. She is kind and thorough. She took time to answer all my questions and didn’t rush. I was seen in a timely manner.
