Several weeks ago I brought my father here and I was amazed at the service they offered me. Today I decided to go back with my mother and it was disastrous. the two receptionists today were unprofessional, constantly making jokes and laughing no matter that there were several patients waiting to be seen. When they called my mother they sent me out by policy. And I ask, the policy also does not apply to having receptionists with better ethics and empathy for the pain of others who needs the service???
