Spoke to Shantai Singletary regarding the copay that I’m supposed to be paying for my hematology visit. Very condescending when I asked her specific questions, and literally answered my question with a question. Poor customer service. Mount Sinai also likes to discreetly double charge patients unless you confirm with your insurance. Appointment CANCELLED. Shame.
If there’s any problem with your health from my experience from what I saw how doctors handle my wife I definitely wanna they are 5 star here, thank you and many blessings
Just got home from my first colonoscopy/endoscopy. I had major anxiety going in. (Put it off for 1.5 yrs!) All of the nurses, doctors and even receptionist were so patient and kind with me. They put me at ease and I had the utmost confidence in the people who were taking care of me. Made the whole procedure so much easier than I anticipated.
7 hours waiting, nobody assist you . The nurses are walking around all the time doing nothing ! This is the worseeeeee service ever
