Without a doubt , the best Dr. I’ve ever run across , in ANY field of medicine . Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but , he spent over an hour with me ! Unheard of ! .. i’ve surrendered my spine issue to him and him alone . At emergency, the treatment was bad and professionalism, even worse. At the release, they gave us another patient’s papers and zero information about medication to take. I don’t think I will ever again choose this hospital.
Our experience here for the last two days has been the most traumatic of my life , finding out that my husband has heart failure and in need of open heart surgery. Dr Fuentes was so kind , knowledgeable, professional and most importantly compassionate to our fears and questions. The entire staff here at Mt Sinai has been incredibly accommodating and considerate. Especially the cath lab nurses.
