On April 10, 2024, at around 1 pm, I encountered a disappointing service experience at the parking garage exit of Mount Sinai. The attendant, Griselda, displayed an unwelcoming demeanor making mad and mean faces when my credit card transaction failed, requiring me to use an alternative card. Unfortunately, Griselda did not offer any assistance or display the expected level of professionalism during this interaction.
