We had to come in to get stitches and x ray - doctors and staff were incredible friendly, kind, and professional. Facilities are amazing.
Yesterday March 31st around 8:20pm I went with my son that got hit in the head playing football, ten minutes after a nurse called him for vitals and the nurse said they did not have available rooms, to wait outside until they call his name. Before us, there like 12 to 15 people, every single person was called even the 7 to 10 people after us. Excelente atención humana y técnica. Fui con mi amiga con triple fractura en tibia y peroné con desplazamiento. Recepcion muy cálida, excelente atencion y la pierna quedó impecable!!!! No hablamos ingles y procuraron hacerse entender y llamar a personal para q traduzcan. MILLONES DE GRACIAS!!!!!
Amazing staff. Nurse Elena in the ER is wonderful, caring and empathetic. She really is very knowledgeable and efficient. All of the staff members were so good at their jobs. Great experience during a terrible time.
