We were here yesterday with severe poisoning and high temperature of our daughter. I am very glad that we came here. They did all the tests, MRI and diagnosed us very quickly, an hour later my daughter felt 100 times better! Thank you very much to the team that worked with us, you are real professionals!

I had my lip wide open so they did 4 stitches. All went very well until I needed my antibiotics against infection. They did not send it to the pharmacy. When I called to ask for it they asked me to come back to have a paper prescription or call back after 10pm…. Why giving your patient so much hard time to have an important prescription for antibiotics to avoid an infection?? Can’t the nurse just ask a doctor to have it sent to the pharmacy? Went in due to a finger laceration. They stitched it, did an X-ray and made us wait 3 + hours to get the results. They only have one doctor at night. Do yourself a favor and drive to Mt Sinai in Miami Beach if you are able to. Nurses are not friendly, the nearest restroom door kept getting locked and they sent us to the other side of the hallway to use a different restroom that was unlocked instead of providing the key for the closest patients restrooms. Also the bathroom was not clean.
