Danica Vance is a great surgeon !! She fixed my left shoulder and haven’t had any problems again !!! I cannot say the same about her staff ! They promised me a call to refer me to a nerve specialist and never got a call !! I called numerous times only to be hung up each and every time !! It’s a huge shame that her staff is so incompetent because like I said she is a great doctor and a wonderful surgeon !
one of the worst hospitals I have ever seen and visited in my life, it takes days for them to pick up the damn phone and answer when a patient needs a refill of medication, horrible service, no wonder they are losing doctors.
DO NOT be fooled because this place is overrated! First and foremost, I usually give good feedback for any business I review. This Mount Sinai PC Skylake location is worst in customer service and communication from the ladies at front office to back office. They do not pay attention when patients or relatives call. Dr. Alan Polackwich may indeed be a great doctor, but I never had a chance to know. My appointment today was at 9:15 AM and I was asked to arrive 15 minutes earlier which I did.. I was admitted 12/13/22 in emergency room with complaints of uterine bleeding and pain in lower abdomen. The doctor emergency room didn’t proper examination, she is diagnosis based on ancillary examinations-in ultrasound examination, which was done non-professional specialist. She didn’t find anything wrong, but she found my left ovary, which was removed me 30 years ago! I have in history and weeks ago diagnosed hyperplasia uterine with atypical growth. Dr. Alan Neider performed my partial robotic nephrectomy (kidney) two weeks ago. Everything I have to say about him is positive. He is kind and knowledgeable and has made me feel very confident throughout the whole process since my first visit. He is an excellent doctor. Thank you very much, Dr. Neider.
Worst place worst experience Should be closed
My partner had TURP procedure done by a Fort Lauderdale urologist. Unfortunately, a stricture was caused which blocked the urethra and required a corrective surgery by a specialist. Originally from New York, we visited a specialist there and he suggested doing the surgery in Florida where we live and recommended Dr. Cordon. Dr. Cordon performed the delicate and complicated surgery with superb results. The stricture was completely removed and the urinary flow is now excellent.
