Top notch staff ⚕️
In past six months we had to go to this place twice, and highly recommended doctor had no bedside manners. I have had fare share with doctors to deal with, but this kind never. Usually with any kind of procedure they walk you through what to expect what will happen etc… needed to get the biopsy for the liver and without talking he just shoved the needle in the stomach! Avoid. They don’t have enough postpartum rooms. If you are unlucky to be there on a busy night, you will have to sleep on a chair or sharing a single room.
I have found that the medical staff is top notch, 5*, but the admin staff can leave a bit to be desired. This is by no means a universal issue; sometimes scheduling is great. Overall, a very positive experience, you will not go wrong choosing Mount Sinai as your hospital.
