This hospital takes incompetence to a new level. I checked in with a NY drivers license and gave them a NYC mailing address. Somehow they have a 5 year old California address for me (I have no idea how unless they are linked with Stanford). They have been mailing bills for me to California. Instead of verifying the address, they have sent my account into collections. They also commit insurance fraud. The hospital and the Dr both billed me for the same insurance code. Recommendedthe screening for visitors was thorough in regards to covid exposure. people were helpful with donning the PPE. Nurses were attentive to the patients.
