I haven't yet started my therapy. But the receptionist who picked up the call to schedule the appointment was rude and unprofessional. She couldn't even give a correct estimate of the co-pay. Hope that the therapist gives a better experience.
I would rate zero stars if I could. It is like pulling teeth to get an appointment here. The staff making the appointments are rude an unprofessional. They really don't care to assist in making the experience seamless in order to receive the help that is very much needed. I will make it a point to let as many people as I can know to avoid this place like the plague and go elsewhere if they are in dire need of therapy. Receptionists at OT keep losing paperwork and delaying my appointment, which is urgent. They make no exception on appointments even if they cause the delay. Very rude for no reason
