3 visits: - first: all good. - second: 1h30 delay. I understand the delays (emergencies or some serious conditions prevail, fine) but the delay was surely known before my appointment. A courtesy call would have been great, i’d stayed home/work for 1h more and not wait in the waiting room. - third: scheduled for tomorrow, cancelled today and next availability in 1month. Poor planning

I am so happy, grateful and impressed with North Shores Medical Center services. Their knowledge, professionalism and commitment to patients is outstanding. I have been in many different hospitals and none compares with the level of service that I experienced here. The nurses are responsive, professional and super friendly. The cardiologist Dr. Valdez is excellent and so is his team. I even had a visit from the president while I was in the hospital room who was checking personally on clients and satisfaction.
