Scheduled ultrasound. Wasn’t told to fast, show up and I’m told I can’t do it because I didn’t fast. Checked my chart, no note mentioning fasting, the text they sent doesn’t mention fasting. The desk attendant instead of apologizing just says oh well we called you and left you a voice mail. I check my voicemail, and there isn’t one, I show her and she’s like oh we left one. Terrible communication no apology no offer to help.
Nothing short of a great experience, staff and Dr. Levine made me feel welcomed and valued. Thank you all for helping back to good heath again. Blessings to you all.
This clinic should be close pt care is not existent the supervisor is not existent the amount of patient seeing by an specialist is ridiculous God help the patients that go there
