They have some of the worst staff I’ve encountered, specifically Gloria. The lack of empathy and emotional intelligence is astonishing. I truly cannot stand people who are so miserable that they feel the need to make everyone else’s day miserable too.

Absolutely unorganized, they make their patients wait for an unbearable amount of time. I scheduled my appointment for the morning and was not attended until 3 hours later. I was put in a waiting room then called on, just to be taken to a smaller waiting room. What is the point of an appointment if I will not be attended along the same hour that we agreed for me to be seen??? I am now leaving the hospital after being in there for 5 HOURS!! THIS IS INSANE. I was there on the 2nd floor rheumatology, everything was perfect from the front desk,nurses,the nurse that took my blood , and my incredible doctor Dubrowlski, very professional, kind and thorough.
This is an incredible clinic. Every doctor, nurse, and social worker goes above and beyond to serve their patients. They do everything they can to follow up with patients, provide reminders, accommodate requests, and they do it all with kindness and lack of judgement. I highly recommend.
