The orthopedics dept here is disorganized and incompetent. They dropped the ball so many times you can't make this up. Very dissapointed in the services here. I do not recommend this clinic.
Edit: I had a good experience at first but my subsequent experiences haven’t been so great. The residents have no bedside manner, I never got to see the attending, the front desk women were rude. The call center system is ridiculous and impossible to navigate. A real headache. The only thing I can continue to say is very very good are the medical assistants and nurses.
