We had an amazing experience for our first visit. I was seen as scheduled. Vesi, the sonographer, was incredible and kind. She is the best of the best and I left feeling optimistic. Our nurse, I believe her name was Madeline, and Dr. Windrim were wonderful. Everyone is so kind, approachable and knowledgeable. I feel confident about next steps and our experience moving forward. I look forward to my next visit.
One of the worst places I've ever been in my life. I hate coming here, every time I come I wait 3-4 hours to be seen. I was put into an exam room that was still dirty(sheets werent changed). But yet you cant fill your water bottle at the fountain because of covid. I also had an ULTRASOUND TECHNICIAN check my cervix instead of being seen by an OB. My fiancé and I have had the unfortunate pleasure of being referred here. The wait times are absolutely bananas. We were also brought into an exam room where the sheets had not been changed. I’m currently writing this review while waiting for our appointment that’s was supposed to be 45 minutes ago.
My son and fiancé have had to attend this clinic after being told to relocate to Toronto because their unborn son will require surgery after birth. The care has been sub par at minimum. Told they picked the wrong time, hours of waiting. Dirty facility. … that sums it up. No compassion or care. Different Dr each visit and no words of confidence that they are in the right hands or simple that it will be ok.
