We had an exceptional delighted experience with the team at the Mount Sinai pregnancy clinic. The doctors (Dr John Snelgrove & Dr Lara Gotha) nurses, admins, and ultra sound teams, demonstrate incredible clinical expertise while taking the time to explain every step of care clearly and compassionately. Navigating a pregnancy can be overwhelming, but their thorough monitoring, professionalism, and genuine empathy made me feel completely supported throughout. Nice people but I don’t agree with the booking process I was supposed have an appointment on Friday and didn’t hear anything back from anyone at all so that’s very annoying because I’m traveling for an hour to get there with a 15 month old, I much prefer a set date and time not a come when we say you should have done that in the first place, and then on top of that there’s no actual way to contact the clinic regarding the booking and time no one gets back to you for a high risk clinic doesn’t seem very organized or prioritiz... read more

Amazing Team here from techs to radiologists to doctors, they are so thorough and so understanding to past issues, excellent staff at both the high risk team and CEOU ultrasound clinics, me and my husband were both involved with everything and felt very taken care of!
Everyone is very nice but the waits are painful. Appointment at 12:30 and I only got seen by the obyn 4 hours later :( Had to miss work multiple times because of the wait times. I would suggest to find another clinic if you can.
