Get directionsThe entire team was there for my daughter when she needed them. Nobody else would listen to her, and finally Mount Sinai stepped up. Special shout out to the staff at the desk and nurses for 14 S. They were efficient, courteous, cool, lovely, empathetic people. Our health caregivers are the ones that keep our communities alive, literally. I appreciate them all. 🥹🥰
I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Emergency Department. By Toronto hospital standards, everything was fast and smooth. I arrived on a weekday around 8:30 AM, and to my surprise, the waiting room was empty. Maybe I just got lucky, but the registration and triage process was quick, efficient, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. We’ve been waiting since 8 AM. It’s 12:40 PM now and still haven’t been able to see a doctor. I waited 3 years for this first ap... read more

During this time I told about my condition from scratch to 5 different people working there while being close to faint out of pain. Meanwhile, I saw nurses chatting next room for a straight hour about their lame ass dating life while absolutely ignoring me. Left at 11:15 pm feeling quite thirsty, hungry and in a lot pain just to get home fo... read more
