Financial aid aka Maria Salto took a whole a month to tell me they hadn’t reviewed my application (I replied to email that replied to me and apparently that was the wrong one). By that time, my situation had changed and I had applied to Medicaid the previous week. I ended up having to go to ER to get 2 blood transfusions and got colonoscopy at cook county hospital (after waiting in the emergency room for 8 hours) bc I waited so long.
