Tried calling all day in regards to medical records. Finally received the fax number after 4 and a half hours. Constantly was transferred and told to call a different number all day long. No one would answer or take me off hold. Was hung up on numerous times and when finally put through to explain the detour I was given, medical records was very rude and didn’t seem considerate at all. Highly unimpressed with the way they treat people on the phone.
