I have been apart of this clinic for the past 3 years and have never had an issue until recently. I was always told that if I ever wanted to switch my assigned therapist/psych I can just ask. I loved everyone assigned to me over the years so I never ran into this issue…until 2024. I did not like the one assigned to me so I asked her if I can be switched. I was really looking forward to this place for my child who suffers from a serious mental disorder(bpd), which is not a condition that is not easy to manage. As per staff, the front desk were amazing. They do make you feel comfortable, but unfortunately, my child had the worst experience ever. Really nice therapist and psychiatrist my only issue is that front dest never answers the phone when I call. I’ve been put on straight to voicemail like five times and at different hours. There’s no way they are busy five different times also every floor has a receptionist……. So none is answering the phone…..

My case worker Ilana berstein on the third floor is fabulous & amazing. The building is modern & new coated with a beautiful brick exterior.
