I want to say one of the male phlebotomist there is so good a drawing blood I don’t feel the poke. He doesn’t even tell me to hold a fist and take a deep breath, just pokes it in really fast and bam I’m done! I’m not normally afraid of drawing blood or needles, but the poke you just anticipate the feeling every time, but with this phlebotomist you won’t even know it happened. Super skilled!
I had an excellent experience. The team is professional and knowledgeable, organized and helpful. Follow up with patients is always on time. I highly recommend Mount Sinai
