I was told by a friend that Mt Sinai was one of the best so I chose to go with them even though they were far from where I live. The nurses and staff were nice and friendly. However perhaps they have too many patients already as after my first IUI, they said they would call to let me know my pregnancy test result, but I guess they forgot. Had to use this location as part of my husbands leukemia treatment. Terrible communication, unfriendly and given no information about the quality of the sample we’ve had to pay to store. Turns out it’s garbage. Go somewhere else if you can.
I am incredibly grateful institutions like Mt. Sinai exist. I was met with bias-free, excellent, science-based, compassionate care. Everyone who took care of me from the laboratory technicians, nurses, secretaries, and amazing doctors- I was always cared for with kindness and in a timely manner.
