My doctor was good and attentive when it came to the appointment, but on my last visit i had a 5:15 PM appt and had to wait 1 hour to see the doctor. It also took the front desk a week to give faxed paperwork to the doctor, so I was super stressed that my forms wouldn’t get filled out in time.
My first experience here was good but doctor is on leave so I agreed to see someone else. I walk there twenty-five minutes each way in the rain today only to be told…I should have received a phone call as doctor had to leave. I had just gotten the reminder text alert about the appointment and never got a phone call. Front desk was indifferent and not apologetic. Hate places that don’t respect people’s time. When I call to reschedule I find out they canceled my appointment but only *six minutes* before I arrived.
Love this office! The staff is super nice and Dr. Strom is awesome!
