the doctor here that I actually saw was really nice (Dr. Tomaszek) + the lab tech was pretty skilled - my issue with this hospital is that *no one* could tell me how much my appointments would cost, and then billed my insurance $660 for a new patient visit. when I called to complain, the billing department told me that it’s the patients responsibility to get an estimate and there’s nothing they can do. but the problem is getting an estimate with them is a wild goose chase - when I called their estimates department, they said... read more

I’ve been coming here for over a decade. The service and receptionists get worse each year. Sometimes I’ve waited between 30-60min to see the doctor. But if you arrive literally 5min late they said you’ve passed the grace period. This has happened a few times and they handle it without “grace.” Some of the receptionists are super nice. Others are very rude and dismissive. That’s just not worth it. My primary doctor, Dr Enschede is so exceptional I can’t leave.
