Final Update: There is no way to get in touch with them, STAY AWAY! I've never encountered this kind of non-response from a medical facility. It is borderline negligent. They do not respond on MyChart and there is no direct phone line, only an answering service. Update: Still have not heard back. My insurance covers one checkup a year, I am really sorry I wasted it here. — The first red flag came when the receptionist canceled on me less than 24 hours before my appointment, one I’d waited weeks for. My experience at Mount Sinai Williamsburg was unacceptable. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00 AM and arrived on time. Despite having an appointment, I waited over two hours before I was finally seen. This was not an emergency department where unexpected delays are understandable.
