My mother just came back from a check up here and I can not believe the bedside manner the nurses had. The nurses was attempting to draw blood from a vein, only for said nurse to attempt to draw blood from a tendon in her arm. There was an audible crunch and my mother exclaimed in pain, only for the nurses to say " oh, she's so dramatic". Dramatic?! Wonderful experience I truly love my Dr. Jessie Fields. She takes such good care of me and all of her Pt's. She listens to all my concerns and we come up with a healthy plan that is so right for me. God Bless her.
I love it here! The staff here is fantastic!!! They always make me feel welcomed and go the extra mile. From the moment you walk in with security they always greet with a smile, the receptionist at the front desk are always nice and courteous. The nurses are top tier and my Doctors are wonderful! Tbh I want to say I'm still alive because they make me care I want to do better for myself and they have a huge impact because of that I can't thank them enough.
