Unfortunately, I haven’t had a stellar experience here. It takes them a long time to address prescription refill requests, often after multiple attempts. Recently, I have been requesting my refills as usual but not having any success. It turns out that I was never informed that my doctor left the practice, and as a result I have gone weeks without my prescriptions and can’t get an appointment Until October (it’s 9/3 today).
