Only go to visit this Mount Sinai affiliation practice if you know for sure your insurance is in-network and you get every single bill you pay here in an itemized receipt. My husband when to see Dr. Tianyi Lu regarding stomach pain/discomfort and recommended he get an outpatient procedure with Mount Sinai. Her office quoted an average price that he would pay for outpatient at the hospital and he paid a downpayment for the procedure in advance, they did NOT mention the extra $1500 cost for a hospital bill. Dr. Lu is great! She is professional and kindly, she solved my concern. Highly recommend!
I went the clinic for a consultation and it took so long for waiting to have two minutes consultation with the Specialist. Advance booking doesn't work this clinic and their front desk staffs are very rude. I paid cash $20 for copay and unfortunately I didn't get a receipt. Few weeks later they sent me a letter for outstanding copay balance. What the f*uk!!! How can I dispute it!!! Be careful with them.
