I wish I could give a 0/5. Disgustingly rude staff. Dr. Khristul is knowledgeable and smart but the medical assistant does not do her job after calling 3 separate times asking for a FACE WASH to be refilled, it still to this day has not been done. The people who schedule appointments are rude and sarcastic. If you want a good patient care experience, please do not go here. You will be highly disappointed and feel pushed to the side after asking for one simple request. They do anything they can to get you to schedule another ... read more

I was a patient here for around a year or so after moving to the area. I would meet with my primary doctor, Dr. Lopez, and my pulmonologist, Dr. Amariei. Earlier in the year Dr. Amariei told me that if I was to contract Covid to give her office a call and she would write me a treatment plan along with the appropriate steroids. Well unfortunately in December I ended up testing positive for Covid and was having an extremely hard time breathing. Terrible office practice, hard to get via phone, they do not send records as requested to another doctor, takes days of sending requests one after the other to get approval/release for surgery, make mistakes on prescription refills, do not return calls. Had it with this office, there’s only one person there that cares about her profession and unfortunately I do not know her name
Horrible practice. Every time I call for appointment, to speak with medical person, or test results I wait on hold for at least 20 minutes. One call I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. One appointment I took off work and showed up at my appointment to be told the doctor was on vacation and I needed to reschedule. Just today, I again took off of work and 50 minutes before the appointment, as I’m already on the way, I get a call that my stress test couldn’t be done today and I needed to reschedule.
