The doctors are good but you are better off going across the street because the back office here is very incompetent and frustrating to deal with. I’ve been sent other children’s medical reports in the past. My suggestion would be to go across the street to Cornell. That location has a longer waitlist but is worth it in the long term.

Had a good experience when we took our daughter there. However the office transitioned over to a new billing service who is incorrectly billing us for services we didn’t receive or ask for when we were quoted coverage. Have tried resolving for 4 months and Dr Pacha, staff and billing service keep blaming each other. Hopefully you don’t have this experience but beware of fraudulent billing and poor customer service when trying to resolve.

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Tsevdos. A pediatrician that made us feel listened to, understood, and answered even what I would consider the silliest “new parent” type questions. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful doctors. Dr. Mirante is incredibly patient and caring with our baby. She takes her time during each visit and is open and warm. While Dr. Monti is not our primary doctor, he saw our son when he was sick and was exceptional as well.
