I recently started care with a new primary care physician at this Northwell location, and the medical team is absolutely fantastic. From the front desk reception to the phlebotomist and the doctors, everyone was incredibly professional and kind, making the entire process seamless. The Upper East Side location is also perfect—super convenient for transportation, food, and shopping. Don’t make any appointments with Dr shah or Dr kassenoff. Terrible bedside manners. Dr kassenoff tries to scare you into consent instead of INFORMED consent. She doesn’t know the actual NYS protocols. Do not see these obgyns.
