Unprofessional and rude. Save yourself a waste of time. I Arrived on time for the yearly physical appointment; the reception staff was online shopping and not very helpful, completely ignoring me and not providing much help as I was checking in, Dr. Laurie came out and told me she only had 10 min to see me for an appointment I took time off work for and was on time for.
