What the hell happened? They moved to Baldwin and lost their minds! they have new staff and a new system that isn’t working! Good luck getting any communication from front desk. Good luck getting a straight answer about approvals. Dr Salomon and Smar are great doctors but whoever management is have set those Doctors up for failure.
I give It a one star because we took my sister to the ER because she had pain in her ear in her bones her chest and her feet were swolen and when she asked for something everyone ignored her except one nurse and she asked and they even ignored her
The staff has terrible attitudes
My elderly parents have been going to Dr. Plancarte for many years and they love her. Whenever we have called the office to try to get an appointment the office always tries to squeeze my mom in for an appointment. They are always very obliging. If it’s a weekend or after hours the doctor always calls back in a very timely manner. Dr Plancarte explains everything in a very understanding way and is very skilled at what she does.
