Absolutely love all the staff at Mount Sinai
I've always had a good experience here. Your staff is efficient and professional and your doctors informative and caring. My one recommendation has to do with staffing. Your waiting room downstairs has no one at the desk. Even if you consolidate your information in computers that are available upstairs, it is disorienting going downstairs with no staff present at the desk. Just an honest reaction to your staffing decisions.
My first visit with Dr. Lerner was very productive. Dr. Lerner was very attentive, thorough and knowlegable. He explained my condition and answered all my questions. His bedside manners was impeccable and polite. I am looking forward to being Dr. Lerner's patient.
