This week, I visited the Mount Sinai Center for Advanced Radiology for a vaginal ultrasound. I left my appointment feeling extremely uncomfortable and confused. At the start of the appointment there were two women in the room. They introduced themselves by name but at no point did they specify their roles. I was instructed to undress and was not offered privacy at any point. I stood there, undressed, before the woman handed me a sheet to cover myself. 17 east 102st 7th floor, session b,, front desk , how can be so bad??? Drs are good, front desk, and rest of staff are very ARROGANTS,unprofessionals, disrespectful and ignorants, how mt Sanai Hosps allowed this to get so bad???

I searched for "the best breast center in NYC" and found the Dubin Breast Center at Mount Sinai. However, the only location that fit my schedule was the CAM office at 17 E 102nd Street 6 Floor. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. The staffs were incredibly helpful, the front desk team was welcoming, and my technologist, Christine, was exceptional—efficient, polite, and highly knowledgeable.
