Had asked for a new therapist because the one I had was condescending and rude. Very disrespectful and her bosses forced me to work with her. I don't think or feel that this is a good place for people.

The intake counselor said I'm "unkempt" because I have facial hair and a bit of side burns under a mask. I found that's a bit too judgemental. Not only that but the person I saw for medication management could barely figure out how to treat me and, yes, I mean what medicine I should be on. He put down I'm grandiose because I told him something someone else said about me, clearly not understanding what I was talking about. This was one of the most difficult and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a healthcare provider. I felt that certain therapeutic approaches used here—particularly by Dr. Kseniia Gvozdieva—were emotionally unsafe and lacked empathy. In my experience, concerns about boundary issues were not taken seriously, and efforts to advocate for myself were met with resistance rather than support.
