I had to write this review as like the other gentleman I saw a couple of 1 star reviews and wanted to discredit them . I’ve been coming to the family medicine clinic at Mount Sinai for years - I think 10. They are amazing my Doctor is thorough and she cares, and she listens - when I see her I feel like I’m the only patient she’s seen that day - I would not go anywhere else. I had to leave a review after being surprised to see several one-star reviews on here. I've been going to this clinic practically my whole adult life. I've NEVER had ANY issues with them, and ALWAYS was cared for well. The doctor I had before, who is now retired, was wonderful. His replacement - my current doctor - is even better. The nurses are always super-friendly. Check-in is always easy. I complain about a lot of things in Toronto, but Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team is never one of them.
I’m very thankful for the care here. Our family doctor, Dr. Logan is excellent—kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The staff are also friendly and professional. We’re lucky to have such a great healthcare team.
I hate having to leave a scathing review, but the last few experiences I have had with them were absolutely abysmal. They never do anything in any sort of timely manner. Just to get my prescription refilled, I literally have to remind them for days on end. I wouldn't be as annoyed if it was only once in a while, but it is like this absolutely every. Single. Time.
