It's hard to imagine that this place has not been forced to close down. The incompetence is astounding. And the management will jump through hoops to avoid accountability, even for the most devastating errors. Absolutely horrible.
Unprofessional office unwilling to work with people!
The building is run down and the restroom is filthy. Tiles falling off walls, faucets not working, and no soap in the dispenser. Insect/ pest glue traps everywhere. And the emergency exit/ stairwell is blocked, not allowing you to exit the building in an emergency. Shocking that a hospital in NYC would be in such disrepair.
7/22/2022 - If you are super rich and have nothing to do, and are happy to wait over an hour for a doctor to examine your foot for 5 minutes for $660, then this is the place to go!! UPDATE: A few days after leaving this comment, I started receiving "Reaching out personally" messages from Mount Sinai administrators on my personal email address encouraging me to DONATE MONEY to help Mount Sinai continue their good deed for humanity.
