Was scheduled for a SIBO test at their lab. to make the initial appointment was an incredible headache. No one seemed to know who was in charge of scheduling. Once I finally got a hold of someone to make the appointment, I was informed 48 hours prior that the test was cancelled. Again, I tried to call back for information, given another run around filled with misinformation. Upon arriving for the test staff were inconsiderate and relatively uncaring.
