Was referred here for a Nuchal exam for my pregnancy. Showed up and was immediately told to pay over $300 for my procedure because that was my deductible. The office refused to provide me with any information about the breakdown of the charges and basically told me to pay or leave. Will NEVER go back.

Well, the customer service was as expected. It all started with a couple of months of back and forth of doctor visits, and doctor Gregory Tsai said, "Try this and try that." After that, Went in for a septoplasty surgery and came out with 7 miserable days of pain and after 30 days post surgery I still have the same nose issue and $3,500 copay, and now I need a lifetime supply of nose moisturizer.
