Dec. 18, 2016 Mount Sinai is literally torturing my mother. She is trusty and they won't give her water. She's disoriented and they won't sedate her. We're calling to see a doctor and they won't come. I hope someone from the hospital sees this and COMES TO OUR FUCKING ROOM. Service is lacking if you come thru ER pray. Hope you have your own doctor at the Er That can help you. If you get hospitalized good luck as well your doctor can place orders for you they can take days or the staff can decide not to do them. My recommendation be on top of you own stuff aware of what you are taking and what they are doing. Got staff infection cause of there nurse negligence and so on so for your own safety be vigilant of everything and don't trust anything be smart about your own health.
