New administrators making a big difference my friend says, and the food doesn’t suck either
I have to say I was very skeptical about my brother being placed here after a very major surgery & extremely susceptible to infection. Reading the previous reviews & his 1st day there- I became terrified for him but it turned around fast. I learned that the new administrator Ashley had only about a day or 2 on the job upon my brother's arrival and she quickly made sure his care was a priority. 2 weeks in, all seems well & my brother is healing. I'm now confident in his care at the facility & he says the staff is great!
As a newer employee, I was skeptical to start with some previous reviews, however, now that I am there and settled in there are some amazing transformations happening from staffing changes from administration the whole way to aides and a much needed facelift on the facility. We are moving in the right direction and can not wait to see what the next few months hold for the residents, their families and staff.
