Mount royal townhomes is family friendly and pet friendly place to live.The office staff always are super helpful and respectful. Anytime I’ve ever had a concern with my townhome, the maintenance team is always super quick to solve the problem. There are a few different sizes to choose from to accommodate all needs and price ranges. For kalamazoo mount royal town homes is a wonderful family friendly place to live for all.
We have lived here for almost 3 years. The office staff aren't as friendly and knowledgeable as they were in the early 2000s and 2010s. We have to wait for weeks to even be acknowledged our repairs are on their radar. We don't have work completed to actually fix the problems we call about. They just do the least amount of work needed and good luck to us. The dishwasher back flows and we have rancid water sitting in the dishwasher.
