Avoid Mt. Royal Apartments – Unethical and Predatory Practices I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mt. Royal Apartments. I never even spent a night in the unit and still ended up with my wages garnished for $5,000 — with no warning or valid court notice. I was pressured into signing a lease without being allowed to see a model or the actual unit.
