I had an incredible experience at Mount Royal Surgical! The entire team was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Dr. Hartley took the time to explain every step of my procedure, and I felt completely confident throughout the process. The clinic was very clean and beautiful. The team made me feel so comfortable. I’d recommend Mount Royal Surgical to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
I don’t even know where to start. The ladies at Mount Royal Surgical went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable both before and after my procedure. I can’t thank them enough for their genuine kindness and compassion. I wish I had all their names but a special thank you to Janelle, Mikayla, Heather and of course my Surgeon, Dr. Todd. This was my first experience with the clinic and it most certainly won’t be my last.
I cannot express how appreciative I am to the staff, nurses and doctors on how polite and professional they were in making my experience extremely comfortable. The clinic was immaculate and well kept. Highly recommended.
