My daughter has lived here for 9 months now and has had no issues. It’s an older bldg but they are working on renovating it. The management has been great to work with. She loves the location close to UM. Most days she’ll walk to school. Probably the only downside is the parking. They have some garage stalls but they’re not the best and there’s not a lot of them and parking lot can get full. Will nickel and dime you for everything. Paid a $125 non refundable paint and clean when we started our lease and got charged upon leaving a paint cleaning fee for damage caused by the maintenance personnel when fixing a leak. Would not negotiate and returned only a partial deposit. Garbage building with good view of lake.
