Lived here for a year, they did not disclose that the building has a cockroach infestation, and bedbugs have come out of the walls. Upon learning this they entered my apartment without proper notice, I lived out of a backpack for 5 months and have had to get rid of thousands of dollars of furniture in order to garuntee I don't take pests with me when I leave. Don't rent here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not rent from avenue living, their maintenance is a joke! Rent way too high for a dumpy building filled with cockroaches. We lived here for a very short period and after multiple issues decided to break our lease. Our patio door to outside was not an insulated door and was told by maintenance that that’s how they bought the building so they wouldn’t fix it. They have cockroaches and my unit flooded. They didn’t fix it so the floor is warped and the walls are about to fall. Don’t rent here.
