The heater doesn't seem to be working properly. It's raining outside, and the indoor temperature is only 14°C. I turned the heater on at 11:00 PM, but there was no improvement in temperature even by 5:00 AM.

Sir Joel is easy to approach if ever we have a problem in our apartment. He has all the answer whenever we ask him. Giving him the 5 star he always smile and so respectful.
Joel is fantastic! He's always reliable. When something goes wrong he does a good job getting it working good as new. We needed a new kitchen faucet, he got it set up fast and its working perfectly!
