Went between 830 and 1030 for a walk in assessment. They did a suicide risk and they set appointment following week for further assessment because no one could do it that day. Came back for appointment, waited almost an hour, was told counselors were working from home and couldn't get their software to load. Will not be back for a 3rd appointment.
I tried to get my adult son help.I trusted them as a former Psychiatric RN ,. They are so far behind and refused to assist my son and myself when my son had an adverse reaction to the medication he was prescribed. You were literally the last chance and you blew it
