Visitors love the Mount Roberts Tramway, they love to come back, a lot of the visitors remember me, love to welcome them and they love the Movie on the Tlingit culture, "Seeing Daylight ", Live Bald eagle, restaurant food is good visitors enjoy sea foods. Also are beautiful hiking trails and Nature center.
The view was spectacular. Would feel safer if guides were present on the hike trails
The tram ride and trails were great, but the service and food at the restaurant was horrible! The only saving grace was the awesome bartender who came from behind the bar to wait on our table bc he noticed no one else was helping us (the rest were standing around talking or sitting on phones). The bartender should be the manager bc he was the hardest working one there that actually gave customer service, he could then get a new crew of people actually willing to work!
