I would like to see your waiter treat your customers better, another after you pay and they get there tip they treat you good that not good customer service , I was asking the waiters about the native design if they knew what they were and no they did not,

It was awesome looking down the mountain side at the port and town below!
The ticket agent distracted us and ended up charging us adult rate for our child. We realized as soon as we got on the tram. When we came down he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Right!!! Totally took us for the extra money. I would only recommend if fee was $10 per adult not $34. $34 per adult is way too much money for what you see at top. Spend your money on other attractions. Waste of money.

Nice little side trip kind of pricey.
The staff were awesome. Super safe And great personalities.
Very cool thing to do in Juneau! Make sure to do some of the hikes to see it all.
