I started seeing Dr. Neufeld about 5 years ago. She restored mobility in my spine, hip and knees and has maintained that, as well as numerous other issues that have come up. She is very skilled and very kind. I highly recommend her.
Service is exceptionally warm and friendly. The staff genuinely makes you feel welcome and cared for, creating an inviting and pleasant atmosphere.
I went to Mount Pleasant Chiropractic seeking help for my back & neck after my previous chiropractor retired. Ingrid Neufeld treated me several times to alleviate my problems. She was a very effective chiropractor and took time to listen and feel where my problem spots were. The vibe of the office was clean bright and welcoming. I really felt cared for and listened to at Mount Pleasant Chiropractic.
I have had - and continue to receive expectionally wonderful care at this clinic, particularly with regard to Devin Cox (RMT). Devin's approach is holistic, thoughtful, and he has a genuine interest in evaluating the longitudinal effects of treatment. Always willing to provide suggestions for post-treatment care, I always leave feeling a little more empowered to take care of my peroneal tendinopathy and post-surgical shoulder treatment.
