I saw Dr. K. Lo today and was extremely impressed by their thoroughness and attention to detail. The entire team was professional, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking exceptional care.
I met with Dr. Cedrick Mah. He was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and kind during my visit. I hope to have him as my regular eye doctor for future needs. He was very informative and showed so much care in his practice. I came in with a stye that I was concerned about. And he gave me really good guidance and even wrote a note of support in case I needed to see a doctor for antibiotics. Very happy with the staff at Mount Pleasant Optometry. Dr. Jessica Chan (optometrist) was professional, kind and knew her stuff. Azar (optician) was very nice and funny and super helpful. Mount Pleasant Optometry is on the higher end when it comes to optical stores and they make the value worthwhile.
Longtime patient of this clinic appointment was for 12:00 p.m. it is now 12:35 still haven't seen a doctor. Was informed that they were 25 minutes behind schedule. This is disrespectful for the patient and unfortunately to my own work schedule. That I pre-plan in advance to ensure timing of events.
