We are Vancouver‘s oldest Optometry Clinic, operating in the same location since January 2, 1950. Over the years we have grown to an incredible 20+ staff, 10 doctors, and 70,000 patients! A few weeks ago I went to Mount Pleasant Optometry, I had trouble with my frames, this was the third time I had this problem and I had been unable to solve the issue for over a year. Stephen saved me. He took the time to listen to my challenges and because of this he was able to understand exactly what I needed and he advocated for me to receive a reimbursement even a year after. Heidi was so helpful and amazing
Came in for new frames today. Azar (the optician) was welcoming, efficient, and patient with me as I tried on multiple glasses. And was wavering between what I wanted. She even encouraged me to step into trying something new. And I'm glad she did. Dom (technician) also helped me transfer my old lenses into the new frames right on the spot. Altogether great service, knowledgeable people, and I would recommend this place if you are looking for glasses.
