Not only do I really like the demeanour of the doctors and technicians but the entire staff, from front desk to frame fitting team are patient, respectful and willing to listen. I am on a budget and have never felt disrespected, and when I needed my glasses repaired, they worked to help me. I deal with hearing loss and anxiety and neither have been barriers for me in interactions with their team. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been waiting for 3 months for my RGP lenses. I have driven from far away twice only to be told, oh sorry we orderd the worng ones. They keep telling me its a supply issue, because they don't order what I paid for or asked for. Avoid this place at all costs, save your time and money. After 15 years I cannot afford to waste my time or money here, The new location did not solve any problems.
Our family has had such a great experience with Mount Pleasant Optometry over the years. Especially when I had an eye emergency, I was seriously impressed and grateful for the exceptional care provided by the whole team at the clinic. The optometrists even worked around my holiday schedule to fit me in and I had a complete recovery. Thank you Mount Pleasant Optometry!
