I really did not want to write this review. While they were very quick to get 24 hour care for my grandmother and did a great job, we have been owed over $9k for the last 3 months. Robin keeps putting me off over and over. We paid deposits that were to be returned. We paid numerous times early due to her having to go out of town but when it’s time to give us our money I am being ignored. Be careful paying deposits, you may never see it again.
This incident never happened where someone about that we know all our patients and have had very few men so I think you may be confused. that did not happen at this establishment however we wish the best for your loved one, but that did not take place under our care, Angie Deese we sent out your W2 also my husband died
Loving careing workers best staff the owner is a amazing person she has huge heart
I need my W2 form. Hate to put it here, but Robin who is the owner will not answer me back
Paid upfront and they promised to come out then do not show up. Will report them to Social Services. My father almost died because they failed to show up. Do not hire these people, you have been warned.
