Never would ever recommend this company. Very dissatisfied with customer service. 2 weeks waiting.... he came to my home for evaluation, (I have video proof of water leak) on kitchen floor. After waiting for an email, the service person ghosted me, no email, no phone call, until I called them, for me to be told they were not comfortable doing repairs. I called Chelsea Flooring to see if I could purchase the same wood flooring the previous owner installed. They suggested I call Mt Pleasant flooring to see what they would charge. I got a great deal from them installed by their guys. Plus they accomplished the install in 6 hours what would have taken me 4 days. The old flooring is inside the doors and they transitioned it to the new flooring seamlessly.
This company is reliable, reasonable, and they work in a timely fashion. They help our real estate team by providing great service for our clients. We highly recommend them. Thank you Carpet One!
Just completed our entire home with new carpet. I would recommend this crew 100%. They were professional, on time, polite, friendly and so very accommodating to help us move all the furniture back into place. We are seniors so that was greatly appreciated!!! Great job guys, well done
